骨病研究所简介

前 言

福建中西医结合研究院骨病研究所在院长陈可冀院士关怀下,于2007年1月成立。现有核心成员9人,其中教授3人,副教授2人,助理研究员4人;博士学位7人,硕士学位2人;博士生导师2人,硕士生导师5人。所长刘献祥教授,副所长李西海、吴广文博士。分设骨关节炎研究团队与骨质疏松研究团队。

骨关节炎研究团队:致力于骨关节炎临床与基础的系列研究,遵循《黄帝内经》《医方考》论痿痹之理论,秉承国医大师陈可冀院士学术理想中骨关节炎辨证论治之精髓,提出本痿标痹为骨关节炎的核心病机。治疗本着整体观念和病证结合的原则,从本治痿,从标治痹。急则治痹证,祛风湿,止痹痛;缓则治痿证,补肝肾,益气血;久则痿痹同治,补肝肾,益气血,祛风湿,止痹痛。建立了转基因骨关节炎新模型,创制了透骨消痛胶囊新制剂,阐释了毫米波治疗骨关节炎新机制,研制了治疗膝关节炎新仪器。今后,骨关节炎研究团队将集中力量,主要围绕四个方向:(1)骨关节炎之补肾壮筋汤(痿)-乌头汤(痹)-独活寄生汤(痿痹)系列研究,(2)骨关节炎痹痛之曼陀罗凝胶膏剂产业化研究,(3)针刺与手法防治骨关节炎临床与基础研究,(4)骨关节炎与肾主骨肝主筋的临床与基础研究,进一步深入探讨骨关节炎的病理与防治机制。

骨质疏松研究团队:主要从骨质疏松症的基础与临床研究入手,探讨骨质疏松症的中医病机以及中医药防治的疗效和作用机制。研究认为“肾亏脾虚”是绝经后骨质疏松症的发病基础,治疗当“补肾健脾”,以“强筋壮骨”;研究分别从细胞、亚细胞、分子等不同水平,多层次、多方位、多靶点对中药复方制剂、针灸的防治作用及其机制进行探讨,并获得一些创新性结果,为中医药防治骨质疏松症提供理论依据,并将基础研究成果推广应用于临床。今后,骨质疏松研究团队将继续致力于骨质疏松症发病机理以及中药复方防治作用机理的深入探讨。
