一、简介
肿瘤研究所在杜建教授、彭军研究员的带领和指导下，紧紧围绕中西医结合防治消化道肿瘤（肝癌、肠癌）开展基础与临床研究。1、中西结合防治肝癌研究：杜建教授根据几十年的临床经验和中医理论，提出消化道肿瘤患者手术和放化疗后以虚证或虚实夹杂为主，治疗应采取扶正培本及扶正祛邪原则，提出“益气养阴”为消化道肿瘤治疗根本大法，围绕杜建教授临床经验方“解毒消癥饮”、“扶正抑瘤方”和“扶正清解方”开展了一系列的基础和临床研究。2、中西医结合防治大肠癌研究：彭军研究员研究团队根据 “湿热蕴毒下迫大肠、热伤肠络、毒邪成痈”这一大肠癌发病的关键病机，以“清热解毒、消痈散结”为主要治则，主要围绕具有显著临床疗效的“片仔癀”、“白花蛇舌草”、“半枝莲”等展了一系列的基础研究和临床研究。
研究所获得了国家自然科学基金、教育部博导基金、福建省科技厅重点项目、福建省自然科学基金、福建省中西医结合临床与基础科技创新团队研究项目、陈可冀中西医结合发展基金、中国中医研究院新药创制联合课题和国家科技部国际合作项目等科研经费资助500多万元。

解毒消癥饮:
主要应用于早期肿瘤手术治疗前、中晚期无法手术或放化疗的伴有热毒蕴结症候的恶性肿瘤患。由白花蛇舌草、夏枯草、山慈菇、苦参组成，其中君药为白花蛇舌草，臣药为夏枯草，山慈菇和苦参为佐使药，四药联用加大清热解毒，软坚散结的力度。
扶正抑瘤方:
由黄芪、灵芝、女贞子、淮山药组成，方中黄芪为君，女贞子为臣，灵芝、淮山同为佐使。四药合用，共凑益气养阴、补益气血、健脾补肾的作用。主要用于恶性肿瘤术后或放化疗后气阴两虚患者。
扶正清解方:
经过分子对接筛选出扶正抑瘤方和解毒消癥饮中单味药材含抗肿瘤活性成分较高的六味药，即黄芪、女贞子、灵芝、淮山、白花蛇舌草、夏枯草，组成扶正清解药。主要用于恶性肿瘤术后或放化疗后气阴两虚兼有热毒蕴结病证的患者。
